What is water therapy?
A water therapy session is typically offered in a warm pool with a trained facilitator that supports and guides the receiver in the water. The session starts with the receiver floating and the facilitator supporting the head creating a safe space and gentle energetic touch and movement, allowing the receiver to go into a deep meditative state in order to let the healing properties of water harmonize the internal flow. The session can also include underwater flow.
